Joe

Through the years, Joe has worn a number of different hats. First as a professional musician, then as a solutions manager for the software firm, Monterosa. Before co-founding McDonnell & Cooper, it was as Head of Imagery for the globally renowned golf architecture practice of CDP.

This allowed a career move into golf – his constant passion throughout a varied career. Enchanted by the game from a young age, Joe grew up at Royal Liverpool Golf Club, Hoylake.

He is now recognised by many in the golf architectural industry as one of leaders of his craft, and not just with the artful imagery and visualisations he’s best known for. Joe shapes golf landscapes on his computer screen with the same dexterity as the world’s best shapers achieve with their bulldozers.
